In addition, the traditional multiphase well test analysis approaches are investigated and compared using significant number of numerical simulation runs with variable fluid properties and flow conditions. Moreover, the effect of using different inner boundary conditions such as a fully penetrating vertical well, horizontal well, and hydraulically fractured well on the accuracy of the different multiphase pressure transient analysis methods is investigated as well. In this work, the results of applying three multiphase pressure transient analysis methods (single phase analysis using composite model, Perrine Martin, multiphase pseudo-pressure function general form) on pressure transient tests that were simulated in different multiphase flow systems and three inner boundary conditions are presented. This new form provides the best results compared with the available multiphase analysis techniques. The conclusions and recommendations were used in the analysis of several actual tests under multiphase conditions ER -
