Guaiacol peroxidase enzyme was purified and characterized from the nodules and leaves of lupine plants treated with 0.5 mM ASC and Bradyrhizobium + Pseudomonas at 75 days after planting. It was pronounced that nodule possess one guaiacol peroxidase enzyme and also leaf possess one guaiacol peroxidase enzyme which differs in its characteristics from the nodule guaiacol peroxidase enzyme UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
