Firstly by electrodeposition of Ce-Nanoparticles on a carbon paste electrode (CPE), secondly by chemical mixing of TiO2 nanoparticles with carbon paste and/or finally by using Ag nanoparticles. Electrochemical techniques including cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) were used in the present investigation in addition to analysis techniques like scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) techniques, in both aqueous and micellar media. NIC Measurements were investigated in Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution of pH range (2.0-8.0) containing (1.0mM) sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS). The detection limit for CNMCPE is 9.43{u00D7}10-8M, for NTMCPE is 1.34{u00D7}10-8M, and for SNMCPE is 1.2{u00D7}10-8M. In addition, good satisfactory results were achieved for the detection of NIC in real samples as urine samples and different brands of commercial cigarettes UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
