Aim of the work . To study the clinical spectrum of vestibular migraine and determine the possible site of vestibular dysfunction. To assess the efficacy of topiramate and verapamil in reducing the severity and frequency of vestibular migraine attacks. Conclusion. A careful clinical history is the corner stone for physicians to diagnose vestibular migraine patients. Vestibular migraine has no age presentation and it is more common in females. No typical pattern for establishing a diagnosis of vestibular migraine. Both topiramate and verapamil are useful prophylactic drugs which can be used to reduce the frequency and severity of vestibular migraine attacks. Topiramate is more effective than verapamil in reducing reduce the frequency and severity of vestibular migraine attacks. In our study short period (two months usage) of both drugs have no effects on improving abnormal vestibular findings in VM patients
