For every patient full history, examination (body mass Index, abdominal circumference, blood Pressure), labs (follicle stimulating hormone, lutenizing hormone, total testesterone, triglycerides, high density lipoprotien, fasting blood glucose) Were done. We found that the incidence of hypertension, body mass Index, abdominal circumference, fasting Blood Glucose, Triglycerides was significantly higher in obese polycystic ovarian syndrome than in non obese polycystic ovarian syndrome. The metabolic syndrome was evident in obese polycystic ovarian syndrome ER -
