Results: For group (A) (PEMF) nitric oxide increased by 220%, compared to group (B) (CWT) nitric oxide (NO) increased by 317.5%, and glucose level decreased in (PEMF) group by 21.18% compared to glucose level in (CWT) group reduced by 27.29%. No significant difference in the blood pressure (SBP, DBP). Conclusion: circuit weight training is more significant, however, PEMF also can be used as adjuvant method to treat diabetes for the minimum effect ER -
