Objectives:- We aim to determine the role of TVUS in detection of endometrial changes . Results:- Our study entails 50 cases their endometrial thickness measurement by TVUS is ranging from 9 mm to14mm ,21 of cases have thickened endometrium with cystic changes and 29 of cases have thickened endometrium without cystic changes,28 of cases were candidate for endometrial biopsy and their histopathology results were :- Cystic endometrial atrophy by (24%) of cases, Benign endometrial polyp by (12%), Endometrial hyperplasia by (12%),Endometrial atrophy by (2%) and Endometrial carcinoma by( 6%). Conclusion We evaluated the correlation between tamoxifen therapy and endometrial benign and malignant conditions and correlate the findings seen in TVUS by the histopathological results .
