HCD based on palm stearin resulted in significant alterations in serum lipids, histopathological changes accompanied by a negative effect on liver function parameters. Dietary Ü-linolenic acid ameliorated these deleterious effects brought about by the HCD. Histopathological examination confirmed the protective and therapeutic effects of dietary Ü-linolenic acid against the alterations induced by the HCD in the liver, heart, aorta, brain and prostate of rats UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
