This purpose was achieved by assessing of changes in BMD by measuring T-score using Dual energy X {u2013} ray absorption metry (DEXE) device. Methods: 40femalepatientswho receiving aromatase inhibitors as a hormonal therapy post mastectomy with ages ranging from 45-55 years old were divided into two groups. Group (A) received a program of exercise (45 minutes) day after day for 4 successive months. Group (B) not received that program of exercise. Results: Result showed that no significant difference between both groups pre-treatment regarding age, height, weight, BMI and T-score. Post treatment values revealed that significant difference between both groups regarding T-score with 26.53%percentage of improvement in Group (A) and 4.59%percentage of improvement in Group (B). Conclusion: Program of moderate intensity weight bearing and strengthening exercise (45 minutes) repeated day after day for 4 successive months can be considered as an effective method to enhance the BMD in women receiving hormonal therapy post mastectomy ER -
