Materials And Methods: Pentacam (CSO, Sirius) records of patients coming for LASIK were reviewed and patient data such as K readings, corneal thickness, thinnest location and cylinder refraction was collected. Results: 778 eyes of 389 patients were included in this retrospective study. . Out of them, 149 were males (38.05 %) and 240 were females (61.95 %) Mean age is 26.4 ± 6.4 (range from 18 to 40 years.) Mean K1 was 43.27±2.13 Diopters, mean K2 was 45.25±15.1 Diopters, and mean thinnest location was 529.6 ±44.2 æm Prevalence of keratoconus was 6.683 % (52 eyes) (26 patients), 11 of them were females (42.3%) and 15 were males (57.7%). Mean age of keratoconus patients was 29.5±6.9 years. Prevalence of keratoconus suspect was 3.598 % (28 eyes) (14 patients) Mean age of keratoconus suspect patients was 27.6±8.1years. Conclusion: According to our study, Prevalence of Keratoconus was 6.68 % higher than the commonly cited figures of (0.05{u2013}0.23%) for western countries. A larger sample size is needed to properly evaluate the exact prevalence of keratoconus in Egypt ER -
