The current study was carried out to study the most important pathological changes in liver and kidneys in animals infested by fascioliasis and to detect fasciola antigen in livers and kidneys specimens. The total 80 cases of liver affected by fascioliasis showed different lesions in livers. The most important pathological changes in livers varied from acute to chronic liver cirrhosis and the detected antigen by using immunoflurescent using (Sigma-F7887) whole molecule IgG antibbovine antibody-FITC produced in rabbit revealed antigen in liver capsules, liver cells, sections of mature and immature worm and in fibrotic portal tracts and hepatic artery. The immunoperoxidase gave positive results in the same regions In 65 case of. Kidneys specimens of same animals revealed the most important associated lesions which were proliferative glomerulonephritis, crescentic glomerulonephritis mesangiaproliferative glomerulonephritis, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, the renal blood vessels showed perivascular fibrosis, vaccuolation of the medial wall, thickening of some medial renal blood vesssls and hypertrophied by smooth muscle cells proliferation. The immunohistochemistry gave positive results in 50 cases of 65 case which exhibit lesions in kidneys (glomerular lesions, interstitial lesion, renal tubular changes and changes of renal blood vessels). The immunoflurescent using (Sigma-F7887) whole molecule IgG antibbovine antibody-FITC produced in rabbit gave positive results in renal tubules epithelial layers and in endothelial lining and adventitial layer of renal blood vessels
