This study aims to determine the factors that affects average wages of the main sectors of Egypt, using panel data model's, such as pooled model, fixed effect model and random model to determine which model is suitable for the Egyptian data. Based on Egyptian labor market panel survey (ELMPS) Data, independent variables are average age for employee, average experience for employee and consumer Price Index (CPI) for (governmental, public, private and investment sectors) in the years 1998, 2006 and 2012. Using panel data model's, indicates that, normal model looks better than logarithmic model of determining the factors that effects on average wages. Average experience and CPI between sectors effect average wages for employees and random effect model is a better model of panel data model applied to normal model in this data
