The present work concerns with the optimization of some physical properties of rubber blends based on natural rubber (NR) and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR-1502). In addition two types of reinforcing nano-fillers; Intermediate Super Abrasion Furnace Black (ISAF N220) and Semi-Reinforcing Furnace Black (SRF N774) which have different physical and chemical properties are used. The object of this work was classified into three groups as follows: Group one: To study the effect of NR content on the physico-mechanical, physico-chemical and electrical conductivity of NR/SBR rubber blends. Group two: To study the effect of different concentrations of N220 and N774 blacks on the physico-mechanical, physico-chemical and electrical conductivity of the above vulcanizates. Group three: To study the effect of the addition of mixed ratios of N220 and N774 nano-fillers on the physico-mechanical, physico-chemical and electrical conductivity. The order of addition of carbon black was also studied. It was found that, the optimum values of tensile strength and elongation at break are obtained for 50NR/50SBR rubber blends. The incorporation of this optimum blend with carbon black N220 and N774 enhance the mechanical properties and the optimum peak value for N220 black was detected at 40 phr while for N774 black at 60 phr. For mixed types of carbon black, there are no remarkable effect for the order of addition on the values of tensile strength and/or elongation at break, while it affect the mobility of charge carriers. The addition of N220 after the existence of N774 black exhibits higher mobility than the inverse order regardless of the N220/N774 ratio
