Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the measures of quality of life using TENS on acupuncture points after coronary artery bypass graft. Thirty patients, who underwent coronary artery bypass graft, were participated in this study. Their ages ranged between 45 to 60 years old. They were divided into two groups equal in number. Method : The first group: consisted of 15 patients(9 males & 6 females) and had been subjected to acupuncture-like TENS (Acupoints: Neiguan P6, Shenmen H7, Shaohai H3) six days per week for one month with traditional physical therapy; the duration of application was thirty minutes for acupuncture points totally. The second group: consisted of 15 patients(8 males & 7 females) and had been received traditional physical therapy for six days per week for one month. Results: All patients have received their optimum medications as prescribed by their cardiologist. All patients were evaluated by the Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) and lung ventilation before the study, and repeated after one month
