It is the most common cancer in women in both developed and developing countries, Egypt included. Worldwide, it is estimated that yearly 1 million new cases are diagnosed. Age is an important factor which leads to a great scope of variation in the disease characteristics, including pathological, diagnostic approaches employed and as well as treatment and follow up modalities. In our retrospective study, 251 women were divided into 2 age groups, below 40 years and 40 years old or more, from January 2013 to 31st December 2015.41 patients were below 40 years old and 210 were 40 years old or more.
