The original work of this thesis is composed of three parts. In the first part, a facile and convenient synthesis of an interesting N-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-hexahydroquinoline-3- carbonitrile and pyrazolo [4',3':5,6] pyrimido [1,2-a] quinoline-6-carbonitrile derivatives via the versatile readily accessible cyclic enaminones incorporating pyrazole moiety was accomplished. In the second part, the utility of cyclic enaminones with incorporated pyrazole moieties in the synthesis of different tetrahydro-1'H-spiro [indoline-3,4'- quinoline]-3'- carbonitrile and spiro [indoline-3,7'- pyrazolo [4',3':5,6] pyrimido [1,2-a]quinoline] derivatives. In the third part, the three component reaction of bis-isatins, malononitrile and dimedone or 1.3-dimethylbarbituric acid was investigated in ethanol at reflux in the presence of piperidine and afforded bis(spiro [chromene-4,3'-indoline]-3- carbonitrile) and bis(spiro[indoline-3,5'- pyrano [2,3-d] pyrimidine]-6'-carbonitrile) derivatives, respectively, in excellent yields. The chemical structures of all new synthesized products were confirmed based on the different spectral tools and elemental analysis data
