<br/><br/> This is a prospective study conducted upon 35 female patients in early stage breast cancer with clinically and radiologically  negative axillary lymph node metastases who came to national cancer institute, in these cases sentinel lymph node detection done using mobile gamma camera and gamma probe, and it`s the first time to use mobile gamma camera here in Egypt. The aim of this study is to clarify the value of this device in facilitation of precise localization of sentinel lymph node, impact on cosmetic outcome, verifying excision of all radio active nodes. it also demonstrate how this technique of sentinel lymph node detection decreased the post operative complications that result from routinely done axillary lymph node dissection
