The aim of this study is to compare the clinical outcomes of three different approaches for management of female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction ( SUI & POP).The three approaches included treatment which was planned based mainly on patients clinical symptoms, the second treatment plan was based on clinical examination, in this approach all structural abnormality that were clinically indicated for surgery underwent surgical repair regardless of the patients main complaint.While in the third approach all pelvic organ supporting system defects as well as functional abnormality that were detected with static and dynamic MRI were surgically repaired according to the defect specific - approach. Between June 2012 to June 2014 those patient were recruited form the out patient Urology Clinic Cairo University Hospitals. Patients assessment and evaluation included history, physical examination, laboratory investigations, MRI and urodynamic evaluation when indicated
