<br/><br/> The treatment of keratoconus varies  according to the  severity of the disease.Corneal cross linking  is used to increase the collagen bonds in the cornea so it prevents the progression of the disease also it may improve the keratometric indices. It can be done by different methods.The ICRS are used  to improve the visual acuity by decreasing the cylinder and modifying the shape of the corneal cone and it allows the patient to become contact lens tolerable. There are different types of ICRS with different criteria
