<br/><br/> This study was designed with the aim of evaluating the efficiency of 3D miniplate via transbuccl and extraoral approach in fixation of mandibular angle and /body fracture. The criteria of patients selection was based on: Adult patients suffering from mandibular fractures requiring open reduction and internal fixation. Unilateral or bilateral fractures of mandibular body, and/or angle fracture. Exclusion of mixed symphyseal and condylar fractures. Exclusion of comminuted mandibular fractures. Evaluation was based upon clinical and radiographic examinations
