The area of user centered design lacks a standardized mean for user classification. This causes designers to sometimes target the wrong characteristics in users thus influencing the end user experience negatively. This research aims to build such a standardized model by conducting literature review about classification methodologies currently beingused and proposing a theoretical model from them.
