Materials & methods:10 completely edentulous patients were selected from the out-patient clinic, Cairo University.Group-I: Included 5- patients had received Conventional titanium dental implant coated with ready-made Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). Group-II: Included 5 patient receive dental implant with conventional surface treatment In each group, each patient had received two implants which were installed in the canine region.Prosthetic management: All patient's maxillary complete denture and mandibular over dentures were constructed.
