All stool samples were subjectedto: a) microscopical examination using direct wet smear, concentration technique b) conventional ELISA c) Nano ELISA using paramagnetic beads. Considering the MIFC technique as the gold standard test, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV,of conventional ELISA were 95%, 97.6%, 97.4% and 95.35% respectively. While that of Nano ELISA using paramagnetic beads were 97.5%, 95.2%, 95.12% and 97.56% respectively ER -
