TBI is a complex pathophysiological cascade including oxidative stress (OS), inflammatory process, abnormal accumulation of intracellular calcium, and cell death. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the potential therapeutic effect of thymoquinone, amlodipine, and their combination against TBI model.
