N2  - Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC); is the administration of chemotherapy to treat invasive breast cancer before surgery. The accurate assessment of residual tumor after NAC is a crucial prognostic factor for determining outcome and likely survival of the patient. The ability to distinguish between responsive and non-responsive patients is of critical importance for making treatment choices.
