This work shows the influence of using constant fluid properties (i.e independent on pressure/temperature conditions) on calculations of density and hydrostatic pressure, plastic viscosity and yield point, hydraulics, and surge pressure. Thesis also presented the effect of tool joint, cutting concentration, annular eccentricity and drill string rotation on ECD and pressure losses.
