The aim of this thesis is to investigate the possibility of producing green compressed stabilized earth blocks (CSEBs) using locally industrial and agricultural wastes for sustainable development. Two types of industrial wastes (ceramic waste and blast furnace slag) were used as stabilizers, while agricultural waste (flax fiber) was used as a reinforcement. The thesis was divided into two phases; the first phase was done to select the optimum mixes for each stabilizer, while the second phase included the investigation of the characteristics of CSEBs produced from the optimum mixes. The results indicates the potential of using industrial wastes for enhancing the performance of CSEBs especially compressive strength, while reinforcing the blocks with agricultural waste enhances the flexural strength
