Lobar hemorrhage includes primary hemorrhages into the occipital, temporal, frontal, and parietal lobes (including ICH arising from cortex and subcortical white matter) and accounts for 10-32% of non-traumatic ICHs .⁵ Traumatic hematomas tend to be more superficial. Seventy-five percent of the traumatic hematomas are located within one cm of the nearest cortical surface.⁵⁹ Aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical and functional outcome of the surgical cases of spontaneous and traumatic lobar intracerebral hemorrhage
