<br/><br/> This work is concerned with stability indicating methods for determination of some drugs containing cyclic nitrogen including; zafirlukast (ZAF), aprepitant (APR). In this thesis different analytical techniques were adopted, namely, TLC-densitometric, spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric, chemometric, liquid chromatography, for the determination of the previously mentioned compounds in their pure powder, laboratory prepared mixtures and dosage forms. In part I; general introduction and literature review of ZAF and APR were described. In part II; different analytical methods were described for the determination of ZAF in presence of its alkaline degradates. Including; TLC-densitometry, second derivative (D2) spectrophotometry, specerofluorimetry, colorimetry. In part III; different analytical methods were described for the determination of APR in presence of its acid degradates. Including; TLC-densitometry, HPLC method, chemometry
