N2  - There is no doubt that anatomical surgery plays an important role in veterinary practice. The present work aimed to make a guide line for the best sites for arthrocentesis and injection for racing horses as a methods for diagnosis and treatment. We used 40 thoracic limbs and 40 hind limbs form 20 racing horses. the study based on various anatomical techniques including preparation of bony skeleton dissection of fresh cadavers make arthroscopy and shooting for joints to choose the best sites for arthroscopy and arthrocentesis. This study will be a great benefit to practitioners and for saving the racing horses
