Objectives: This study will give an overview on results of surgery for uterine body carcinoma patients done in National cancer institute from October 2014 till October 2016 and showing pathological results and short term postoperative results of surgery. Patients and methods: This retrospective analysis involving all cases diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma and treated at surgical oncology department at the National Cancer Institute from October 2014 to October 2016 since the start of gynecological oncology unit. Results: According to study of 119 patient with uterine body carcinoma presented to surgical oncology department at the National Cancer Institute ,the study showing that the mean age of patients was 60 years and the majority of cases were type one endometrial cancer (90.8%), and with pathological examination of these cases it shows that most of cases were in early stage tumors, also lowers rate of postoperative complications and early recovery from surgery was by the advances of minimally invasive laparoscopic or robotic surgery, and there is significant disease free survival and overall survival with early stage and low grade tumors and with the use of adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy
