The aim of the current study was to assess pregnancy women's knowledge, beliefs and practice of oral health on pregnancy outcome. Descriptive exploratory research design was adopred for this study. Two settings were chosen Elnabawi Elmohondes and atsa central hospital at Elfayoum governorate. A convenience sample of 266 pregnancy women attended the antenatal clinic were recruited based on certain inclusion criteria. Four tools were used for this study: Structured interviewing; Oral health care knowledge: Oral health care beliefs and oral health care practice during pregnancy care. The age range of the study samples was between 21-39 years old with a mean of 31.2+4.7 years. The mean age at marriage was 21.7+3.4 years, 54.1% live in urban area, 39.1% had university degree, 72.9% were housewives, 58.6% had low income and 71% without health insurance, also, the study sample shows that, 36.1% had poor knowledge, 47.4% had fair beliefs, and 47.4% had poor practice about oral health care during pregnancy UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
