Methods and results: The study was conducted on forty women selected from Minia oncology center (Egypt) as breast cancerpatients. They were assigned randomly into two equal groups their age ranged from 30-40 years. Patientswere evaluated by Cardiopulmonary exercise test using (Modified Bruce protocol) and Multidimensional fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) before and after the study. The study group (A) received aerobic training for8weeks as 3 sessions /week each session last for 30-50minutes and control group (B) were only advised to do breathing exerciseResults: There was significant improvement in cardiopulmonary parametersexcept for resting and maximum diastolic blood pressure and decrease in fatigue in group (A) compared to group (B).Conclusion: The study concluded that aerobic trainingincreases cardiopulmonary fitness and decreases fatiguein women with cancer related fatigue ER -
