Aim of work: Correlating Cyclin D1 with the prognosis of the patients. Subjects, materials and methods: Bone marrow biopsy of 50 patients newly diagnosed as Multiple myeloma were examined by immunohistochemistry for Cyclin D1, then these patients were followed up for a year. Results: There was significant correlation between Cyclin D1 and response of the patients.
