This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of incorporating anti-cariogenic agent i.e. Fluoride, into self-etch adhesives on Micro-shear bond strength of resin composite to Dentin and to compare between Immediate and Delayed Micro-shear bond strength. The study compared two self-etch adhesive systems, one served as intervention (ClearFil liner bond F) and the other served as control (ClearFil s3 bond). Sixty-four extracted molars were collected, divided into four groups according to either fluoride-containing Immediate or non-fluoride containing Immediate and fluoride-containing Delayed or non-fluoride containing Delayed. The tested adhesive systems were applied to each specimen according to manufactures instructions where a polyethylene micro-tube were attached during bonding procedure, which later was packed with composite resin creating 4 micro-cylinders on the occlusal surface of each specimen. For evaluation of the micro-shear bond strength, prepared specimens where subjected to micro-shear stress using a universal testing machine and data was recorded for each specimen. To assess the ultra-morphological structure of the resin/dentin interface, Interfaces were analyzed under Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope at high magnifications.6 Conclusions Within the Limitations of this study, the following conclusions were possible: 1.The incorporation of Fluoride into self-etch adhesives was advantageous regarding immediate and delayed bond strength.2.Two-steps Self-etch adhesives system provided superior bonding capabilities compared to one step self-etch adhesives
