Ambient Intelligent technology is an emerging discipline that brings intelligence to our life environments and makes those environments sensitive to us, therefore utilizing that to serve the elderly and disabled people, hence enhancing the life quality and autonomy of these people in many life sectors such as smart homes, Healthcare and education. This support includes facilities for environmental control, information access, communication, monitoring, built over diverse technologies and using different operation ways. At the same time, the use of mobile phone applications are getting wider in all the world and among all age categorizes .Both healthy and disabled people depend on Mobile applications in their daily life in terms of communication, navigation , .etc. Many challenges and concerns can be faced in this area; one of the most concerns is the accessibility features for the disabled people which need more attention by the developers to perform an appropriate design of the mobile application. This thesis proposes the planning and developing of a framework that links the use of ambient technology in Healthcare sector with the mobile application development. The Framework utilize the wireless body area networks (WBAN) in collecting and transferring the various medical data from a certain patient such as skin temperature to a mobile phone application in order to convert the collected data into useful information which can be used for monitoring the patient health, generating medical reports and triggering a medical emergency. The collected data will lead to discuss the aspects of WBAN and how the sensor nodes communicate with each other and with the coordinator node which are responsible for transferring the data to external devices. As we have already eliminates the need of wires for data transmission, we rely on the Wi-Fi as the transmission medium, which can be operated through the radio transceiver that exist in the sensor node
