In cases of the interplanetary magnetic field and the solar plasma density, the correlations were weak and negative. In addition, the correlation was moderate in case of the solar wind speed. Our results confirmed that the sensitivity of the CRI to changes in the TA of HCS was rigidity-dependence and the time lag between the TA of HCS and the CRI was smaller throughout the even solar activity cycles (22 and 24) as compared to the odd solar activity cycles (21 and 23) ER -
