Results:The most frequent cause of severe hyperbilirubinemia in this study is ABO incompatibility and it represent 40% of cases. There is a statistically significant correlation between high level of total serum bilirubin and high bilirubin albumin ratio and BIND. It was found that there was relationship between serum bilirubin and ABR outcome.ABR is affected in 22% of cases. Cocchlear implant is mandatoryin 3 cases. It was found that there is a significant difference in Bayley scale between cases and control ,and validated the importance of test in assessing neurodevelopmental state in cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
