Eight sound human molars were selected for this study. Each specimen was sectioned bucco-lingualy and mesio-distally into four quarters: mesio-buccal (MB), mesio-lingual (ML), disto-buccal (DB) and disto-lingual (DL).The occlusal surfaces of the specimens were grounded to expose standardized mid-thickness dentin. The specimens were suspended into glass tubes containing 20 ml of demineralizing solution (pH 4.5) for 72 hours, in an incubator at a temperature of 37oC except for 5 specimens of the positive control group. The specimens were divided into four main groups according to the surface treatment performed eight specimens each. Group (A₁) refers to positive control group without using bioactive glass.Group (A₂) refers to demineralized dentin surface. Group (A₃) refers to demineralized surface after application of bioactive glass powder by air abrasion and Group (A₄) refers to demineralized surface after application of bioactive glass powder manually UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
