Patients and Methods This prospective non comparative study included thirty eyes of 17 patients who had undergone corneal collagen crosslinking (CXL) to arrest progression of keratoconus or post LASIK ectasia. Intraocular pressure readings were taken by Goldmannapplanation tonometer and Ocular ResponseAnalyzer. The IOP was measured by the two techniques before the procedure of CXL and again 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after the procedure.Three reliable measurements were obtained from each eye and the mean was taken each time. Other changes were also analyzed before and after the CXL; such as central corneal thickness, corneal resistance factor and cornealhysteresis ER -
