The aim of this study is to determine the commen bacterial organisms causing sepsis in NICU in Kasr Al Ainyhospital.The study was conductedon 88 neonate admitted to NICU with clinical suspicion of infection from November 2015 till April 2016. Conclusion: Klebsiella is the most prevalent organism in late LOS group .Klebsiella was found to be multi drug resistant organism.Klebsiella produces carbapenemases which are mediated by carbapeneme resistance determining genes
