In this thesis , the spectral stochastic finite elements method was introduced for general stochastic linear systems which have stochastic operators and exposed to stochastic excitations with deterministic boundary conditionsTwo alternative expansions were introduced namely ; Neumann and Homogeneous Chaos expansionsGeneral mathematical expression for the first two statistical moments and the probability density function of the system response were obtainedThe derived expression were applied to three cases of study which are covering the alternative cases of stochastic structural plates
