A reliable personal identification is critical in the subject of forensics as is faced with many situations like civil, criminal, commercial and latest in financial transaction frauds, where the question ofidentification becomes a matter of paramount importance. In this study we have made an effort to 2study a relationship between pattern of fingerprint, density and blood group3. Materials and methods: This study was carried out in 2018 on 221 subjects (123 male and 98 female) of Egyptian population, randomly chosen belonging to the age group 18- 60. The finger-prints were taken of all ten fingers over unglazed white paper using printer{u2019}s ink. Pattern of fingerprints were observed by powerful hand lens and recorded, blood group has been tested and finger ridge density was counted in radial area for all fingers.
