Rosemary varieties has great differences between each other for morphological and chemicals attributes. Lemon juice and H2O2 had good role in sterilization process, using CPPU enhance formation of embryos on leaves explants and its favorable to use WPM and terminal leaves explants. mTR had great effect on elongation and direct shoot formation with all cultivars. NAA is important for root formation. Salt stress had good effect on callus and shoot formation and callus content. Colchicine can be use for production of polyploidy rosemary
