N2  - Delayed recovery from general anesthesia is a serious problemThere is many causes , ither preoperative as premedication or intraoprative as residual drugs neuro muscular blockes , cardiac factors , ventilatory factors , metabolic encephalopathy and neuologic injuryThus diagnosis of delayed recovery is very serious by using laboratory method or CT and MRITreatment of the cause is essential by using antidote as nercan , neostigmire , flumazenil and by adjusting after metabolic disturbance as diabetic , electrolyte disturbance as well as treatmentof neurologic injury
