Nanoparticles have several application, such as gene and drug delivery, due to their biocompatibility. We have chosen to synthesis and asses gold (GNPs), chitosan (CS), graphene oxids (GO) and zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles to represent totally different sorts on nanomaterials. Nanoparticles are currently produced by wet chemistry, humers' modified method, ionic gelation method, and the sol-gel method. Here, we synthesized and characterized GNPs, GO, CS, ascorbate CS (AsCS) and ZnO nanoparticles and modified forms of ZnO and investigated their cytotoxic effects, intemalization, and distribution within the human colon carcinoma cell line using confocal laser scanning microscopy CLSM. GNPs and GO show biocompatibility at high concentration and when inter cells it does not enter the nucleus because of the size of the sheets of GO and GNPs encompasses a negative charge UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
