The research model examines the effect of applying the agile approach principles on the success of ERP systems implementation. In addition, this study examines the impact of Organizational fit of ERP when applying the agile approach in ERP implementation projects. Empirical data were collected via a survey questionnaire. A number of ERP users from different business sectors in Egypt participated in this survey. The survey screening process provided 170 usable responses for statistical analysis. Using Smart PLS, the researcher determined the validity and reliability of the items. The results indicated that, 77% of the variance in ERP implementation success could be explained by three independent variables; User Involvement, effective Project Management, Business Process Reengineering; which represented the Critical Success Factors that matched with the agile approach principles UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
