The trial design of this study is parallel randomized controlled design Randomized controlled trial is study in which people are allocated at random (by chance alone) to receive one of the clinical interventions. Forty four participants in this research were assigned to groups, 22 patients in each group, randomly divided into 2 equal groups: GROUP A: will receive Ca(OH)2 dressing. GROUP B: will receive Pulpotec dressing. As regarding radiographic findings, after 1 month, there was no statistically significant difference between prevalence of periapical radiolucency in the two groups. After 3 months and 6 months, all cases in Group A needed root canal treatment while all cases in Group B showed no radiographic manifestations ER -
