These studied relevant factors include mainly salt concentration, temperature, pH, incubation periods, shaking, grain size and solid liquid ratio. The results improved that there are three bacterial isolates from different locations of Eastern Desert of Egypt such as (Gabal El Sela and Wadi Natash) and Sinai which have the ability to produce gold nanoparticles intra and extracellularly. The bacterial identification by 16S rRNA revealed that the three bacterial isolates where Baccillus spp. Also, other three bacterial isolates which are isolated from altered granite of Gabal El Sela rock samples From Eastern Desert of Egypt have the ability to remove the uranium from solutions and rock samples and biosynthesis the uranium nanoparticles and also have the ability to tolerate the high uranium concentrations up to 6000 ppm. The bacterial isolates have the ability to secret enzymes to dissolve uranium (bioleaching) and also reduced it in the nano size and uptake it intracellularly.
