However, its use is limited in non-English speaking countries. For this reason, translation, cross-cultural adaptation, validity and reliability for other languages are needed. Objective: To determine whether the NPQ is a valid and reliable tool in a population in Egypt. Methods: Trans-cultural adaptation of NPQ in Egyptian context was performed according to the international guidelines. Then, 100 patients with non specific neck pain filled the NPQ and a previously validated NDI .50 females and 50 males with age ranges from 18-50 years.
